Remote Online Notarization (RON)
RON is disabled on this system.
Before any remote notarization can happen, all of these must be verified: the notary commission is active, the electronic and remote endorsements are approved by Washington DOL, a compliant RON provider is contracted, and the owner gives written approval. Until then, the Start Notarization, Apply Seal, Identity Verified and Record Complete actions stay locked.
