How It Works

1. Choose a service

Pick the service and a time that works for you.

2. We review

We check eligibility and confirm your appointment. For remote requests, screening is manual.

3. Pay securely

Pay by card through Stripe when your booking is eligible. Test mode in this demo — no real charge.

4. Meet & complete

Meet in person or by consultation call. Payment never completes a notarization by itself.

Zoom and Microsoft Teams are used for consultation and document review only. A video call is not a notarization, and identity on a call is not official identity proofing.

Pricing — Set by Washington Law (WAC 308-30-220)

A notary may charge at most $15 per traditional act and $25 per remote act. A travel fee is separate, is agreed in writing in advance, and is not required by law.
